Perimeter Sealant Replacement (Re-Caulking)
The core of the service: cutting out failed sealant completely, cleaning and priming the joint, installing correctly sized backer rod, and applying new commercial-grade sealant tooled for full adhesion. We re-caulk storefront perimeters, window perimeters, curtain wall joints, and panel-to-panel joints.
New Construction and Installation Sealants
Every glazing system we install is finished with a complete perimeter seal as part of the installation. We also provide sealant scopes on new construction and renovation projects for general contractors, sealing glazing systems, panels, and dissimilar-material joints per specification.
Storefront and Curtain Wall Joint Sealing
Aluminum glazing systems expand and contract daily, and their sealant joints absorb that movement. We seal and re-seal the joints specific to storefront and curtain wall construction — perimeter joints, stack joints, and interfaces with adjacent cladding.
Expansion and Control Joint Sealing

Good sealant work is 80% preparation. Our process on every re-caulking project: assess the existing joints and identify the failure mode; remove old sealant completely rather than bridging over it; clean and prime substrates per the sealant manufacturer’s requirements; size and install backer rod to control joint geometry; then apply and tool the new sealant for full wetting and adhesion on both joint faces. It’s the difference between a joint that lasts its full rated life and one that fails at the bond line in a few seasons.
